FITTING YOUR QUUIKFEET
Pinpoint your optimal stability point with the Jump Test
All hockey players have a unique center of mass. The Quuikfeet Jump Test is a simple and effective way to determine how many Quuikfeet Performance Inserts you should start out with the first time you try them. After trying out your initial configuration of Quuikfeet Inserts, we recommend you adjust the amount of stacked inserts based on how you felt on the ice.
Watch the video below to learn more on how to conduct your own Quuikfeet Jump test at home or at the rink.
GETTING THAT TAILOR MADE SKATE FEEL HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER
Quuikfeet are made to extract the maximum amount of skating potential with a minimal amount of effort. In the Quuikfeet Performance Insert starter kit, you get 3 inserts for each foot which are easily stackable to achieve your stability sweet spot. Follow the steps below to fit your Quuikfeet to your skates:
TAKE YOUR EXISTING INSOLES OUT OF YOUR SKATES.
You’ll be using your existing insoles later, so put them to the side for now.
PLACE 1 (ONE) QUUIKFEET PERFORMANCE INSERT SNUGLY INTO THE FRONT OF EACH OF YOUR SKATES.
Optionally, you may cut around the edges of your Quuikfeet inserts for a better fit in your skates.
INSERT YOUR EXISTING INSOLES BACK INTO YOUR SKATES.
Make sure that the insoles cover your Quuikfeet for maximum comfort.
GO SKATE!
Feel the difference that the Quuikfeet give you on the ice. You will feel more stable on the ice when doing turns and using your edges.
For increased longevity of your skates and your Quuikfeet, take your inserts out after skating and place them in their mesh bag, allowing them to air out.
ADJUST AND REPEAT.
For your next ice session, adjust by stacking another Quuikfeet performance insert on top of the one already there to find your stability sweet spot.
Cutting Your Quuikfeet To Size
1. Place your skate insole on top of the Quuikfeet Insert. Use the guidelines to match your skate size. Make sure that the ball of your foot lands on the insert.
2. Use a pencil or pen to trace an outline of your insole on the Quuikfeet insert.
3. Use scissors to cut the Quuikfeet insert on the outline you made.
